Good Morning All, I hope you are all well...we are still enjoying a heatwave here in the UK...I love the heat during the day but I wish the temperature would cool down a little more at night... it is sooo hot and both Jack & I are not sleeping to well...Jack didn't settle until about 2am this morning so you can guess what kind of mood he is in this morning! LOL
Another pretty, girly card today. I have used one of the 'TuTu Sweet' stamp, illustrated by Meljen's Designs for High Hopes.
Another pretty, girly card today. I have used one of the 'TuTu Sweet' stamp, illustrated by Meljen's Designs for High Hopes.
I have coloured the image with Copic Markers. The Papers are from the 'Urban Prairie' collection by Basic Grey and a sheet of 'TuTu Pink Dot' Cardstock from Bo Bunny. The border was created with the Martha Stewart 'Doily Lace' border punch...the first MS punch that I got and still one of my favourites. The flowers are from both Mulberry Crafts & Wild Orchid Crafts and I added some leaves punched with the MS 'Frond' punch. The pink tulle is by Bazzill Basics. The flat backed pearls are from Bunny Zoe's Crafts.Here are the Copic Colours.
Skin: E000, E00, Rv00, Rv02.
Hair: E50, E51.
Tutu: RV000, RV00, RV02, RV21.
Flowers: RV14, RV21, YG00.
I am starting to get a little nervous about my visitors arriving on Friday...silly really..but that is just me wanting to be super organised...by the end of the week I will be running around like a headless chicken! LOL...I wish I could be one of the more laid back hostesses...like Nigella...who seems to not only cook up a storm to hoards of people...but appears to be super relaxed with her witty quips & she always looks sooo glamorous too! ;)

Love your card Debbie and I'm sure you'll be fine and super organised, the thing to remeber is Nigella might be able to cook but she'll have loads of crew behind her to clean up look after the kids and has a hubby who has tons of money but she can't make cards like you do and if you had all her help you could do what she does and still be able to make cards like you do so in my book that makes you one up on Nigella!

love your card again today, sweet little image. Like you I wish it would cool down at night, we are babysitting four of our grandchildren (in France) at the moment, and as I am so paranoid about some one breaking in at night (to steal them) they all have to have their windows closed lol. I'm also like you about visitors, I spend two-three weeks before they come cleaning everything (my husband say's he's frightened if he stand's still too long I will start to clean him) lol.
