...pretty scary huh...it was even more so in black & white! I can laugh about it now...but it was enough to give any child nightmares... I still look under the bed & behind the curtains every night to this day!!.. LOL...You are perhaps wondering why I mention this now...because this morning Mr Postie arrived with a parcel...ooh more crafty goodies I thought...no..it was the new remastered DVD... 'The Singing Ringing Tree' Movie!...Yan thought it would be funny to watch it again this evening....I am not so sure! LOL

I just said that on my blog!! and thought the same thing. You have also reminded me about the creepy show - not sure I got upset by it. Having spoken about this it has reminded me of a black and white film with white horses in it - I can still remember the song now -memories aren't they funny.

Oh what a blast from the past - the singing ringing tree!! The picture you have shown with the fish reminded me of when the snow came in the programme and the water froze and the fish was dying because it couldn't move. The girl was trying to free him. I found the littl dwarf really scary though. He would pop up anywhere and scared the hell out of me!! Happy days!!
I remember it well and was also scarred fo rlif eby that creepy man - the fish I loved though as it was stuck in a silty river and was drwowning - wierd and wonderful - no wonder were all messed up :) Thanks for the memories...Do you also remember the Test card programmme interval time filler - The Home Made Car?
